Help the Songo boys attend more races! Visit http://bit.ly/sauserkids

Riding bikes for these children adds way more to their lives than we could imagine. We not only want to cover the basics, we want to bring joy and lifestyle to the kids of Kayamandi.
- Christoph Sauser, XC & Marathon World Champio, Founder of songo.info

Cycling can change a life. It did for Christoph Sauser, and through his foundation, songo.info, it could do the same for children of South Africa's townships. For songo.info, the bike is a key tool that promotes total well-being for kids that have little else. Our key requirements are to upgrade our BMX and MTB program, obtain a vehicle to transport kids to races and events, and to build a clubhouse for after-school and weekend activities, and indoor training, as well after-school support.

  • Its nice to see that those poor people can enjoy this beautiful sport.

  • Violation of rule #37 at 1:31

  • "The first thing, do your schoolwork! That's why if we are not here, it means you have to finish your work, your schoolwork."

These guys have the right attitude to cycling. They deserve to make it to the top. I wish them the best of luck!

Specialized has been amazing in doing this with these guys. Brilliant work in getting these youngsters, and hopefully many more generations of them, inspired in the sport we love.

  • @Honasek The difference is that this is all they have. Do you have a car? Do you live in a space with more than 1 room? You need to look at the big picture.

  • that boy will be a big thing !

  • @kens1channel What I'm saying is, I'd rather support the company that gives back. I'm not saying that I don't donate directly to charities, because I do. I just think it would be nice to keep this going.

  • @peteallez i think you mean revolves. If it doesn't then why does the whole world look to us to solve their problems. but specialized can do whatever they want as long as they keep making good bikes

  • @trenttyre specialized is an international country, not everything evolves around the us.

  • @BubuSnow93 no because they keep lowering the component sets on them. you cant even get a full SLX bike now for under 2500 for the most part and companies keep putting their own name brand crap on bike too. The best deals out there are for bikes like the Ibis where you get a top of the line frame and pick your component spec.

  • @1spazer f that their are plenty of homeless and parentless kids here in the US that need just as much help as they do. Shit most people in Africa dont even know what the USA is. I am just saying it would be nice if people started to realize that we need to start spending money to help our own people then we can help others after that
