I was wondering what the heck the guy in the background was doing at 4:41...looked a few times, and discovered that he actually hit his head in the tailboom....you should send it to AFV, might get you 100 grand :P

@whalebarn As one airman to another, I must, with great remorse state I believe I commented on one of his previous videos when he used poor CRM and flying VFR in IMC conditions. This was a bad choice on his part and his SIC. Im sad to see it ended exactly as I for told it, that taking those kinds of risks result in only one way. I dont know who post these videos but I would like to think they would remove the one of him flying VFR in IMC so younger pilots do not follow suit. Sorry 4 family loss.

@helobelow Martin sadly died last year in a helicopter accident in France, with his friend Simon Lichtenstein.

How many light-years did it take?

@zbucham69 Hey thanks for the comment. It took seven weeks, with about 2 days off for maintenance. The Robinson is a great helicopter.

I assume you landed and dropped the camera operator off then went back and picked them up again? Or is there a camera operator stranded on a deserted island? lol

@jonathane1976 Ha yes, we had a bit of time in hand, so filmed a second arrival and a departure. If you look carefully you can see there's only one person on board. Tell you what, it was lonely sitting on the beach seeing him fly off.
