This is a homebrew game rom which was developed for the nintendo nes and is very similar to guitar hero where you play with the beat of the selected music. You can play it online for free by visiting the above link or you can play more nes roms and homebrew/hacked games by visiting the below link (please note that the roms play a lot better than what they appear in the video, the recording software slowed down my computer greatly while playing the game)
