"Kurplutzo" do not use procesed cheese slices that is not allowed on a pizza i dont think those ovens go up to 575f i would think it only go`s up to 500f, we are not here to save a buck or two. Kupluztzo you are not an expert so leave the comment board open to people who know pizza. You are a igeramas
