the stock 9 cell 650mah packs last 4 to 6 minutes depending on how you're flying, outside wind & temp conditions, etc...

just hovering like in the video gives you close to 5 minutes, while smooth forward flight might get over 6, since the forward motion gives u a little bit more lift. 3d flying will probably be less than 4 minutes because it runs the motor full throttle the whole time.

i suggest a good 1200 to 1350mah Lipo battery. that'll get you 12 to 15 minutes!

It is collective pitch, so the rotor pitch and speed are controlled seperately - adding an extra channel.

Nice Hovering! I bought a Commonsense RC 800 mAh 3 cell lipo for mine and I got about 10-12 minutes or so of hovering time...lost track of the time.
