PACE Documentary Video (English original version) produced by OVAM for PACE and copied by PCRR

Produced by OVAM for the Partnership for Action on Computing Equipment (PACE), a public-private sector global partnership under the auspices of the Basel Convention to help promote awareness on the damage tto our health and the environment being done by unsound environmental management of used and end-of-life computing equipment and on the options that we have to revert this situation all over the world. Video material was provided by Unicore Precious Metals Refining, Basel Action Network (BAN), TES-AMM, WR3A, IER, Almacenes SIMAN, Da-Fon Recycle,, IMPEL, ITCA/FEPADE, the Salvadoran Ministry of Education and the Salvadoran Graphic Designer Efrain Echeverria. It was presented in world premiere at the PACE side event in the 10th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties of the Basel Convention in Cartagena, Colombia, on October 18, 2011.
