  • hi u say that your a3 is a 2.0fsi no factory turbo a you put a stage ii ? u can do that ?

i own a a3 2.0fsi no turbo and a like to put some septud like your and add some hp i can put a stage 2 in my car ?

sorry for my terrible english thx

    btw very nice car

  • @muradasmuradas It is actually the 2.0 turbo set up, thats how I was able to get it t stage 2. Thanks for watching the video and good luck on your build :)

  • Ive heard that many people recommend to get new engine mounts before getting the A3 apr tuned.

    Did you do this?

If not have you had any trouble with the engine mounts?

  • I never did the VF mounts, always meant to though. It makes a substantial difference as many friends I have on forums have told me. It stabilizes the rocking of the engine, therefore adding to the stability of the car during launches and spirited twisty road driving. I'd say do it!

  • I love your A3. I own a 1.8 TFSI A3 (Germany) and I'd like to get a new exhaust. Would it sound approximately the same when I get the ABT Quad Exhaust?

  • Yeah, I think the sound would be nearly identical, and the AT exhaust is a nice choice. Very throaty, but not too loud, unless you are at higher RPM's and if you are driving like that you want to hear it right?! :)

  • what road in Nor Cal was this vid on i am always lookin for new roads

  • damn thats a nice car

  • thx for you answer, its a nice video and nice car

  • Sorry for the late response here, but this is a standard 2.0FSI and it is a FWD not quattro.

  • Sorry this is such a tardy response. Good questions for sure. Most CAI's for the A3 require removal/modification or replacement of the engine cover. This video is when I had the Carbonio which just wasn't that great. The AEM is an awesome piece and the sound is beautiful. I removed the engine cover completely for the AEM piece.
