This has nothing to do with "statue removal". The fountain foams every other day when the weather is nice in Tartu.
"Statue removal" never occurred in Tartu, it was a local gig in Tallinn.

I doubt that this had something to do with the protest in Tallinn. And the policemen came because it is illeagal to put chemicals like that in the fountain.

People do it just for fun u know! I've done it!:D Its just you have to buy a bottle of shampoo that smells nice and pour it into the water, the foam should come in a sekund!XD It is real fun!

The shampoo or some other liquit has put into the fountain more than 7 years... once after every few days or weeks... it has nothing to do with the statue removal... its just a fun!

There were two police officers all of a sudden there, when the foam appeared in the fountain. So I guess it had something to do with the statue removal, which I approve, by the way.
