how do you make the word reflect about in the bakground while a word is in the center of the power point?

I am not exactly sure what you are asking. You may try messing with "word art." Which should be under 'Insert->Word Art'

how do i get the menu on the right if it doesnt come up right when u open powerpoint?

Go to view > task pane. I think the short cut key is F2 but i am not sure.

You would just have to put it all on one slide then just have it stay on that one slide.
