Form check. I don't think I'm arching my back all the way or putting my butt low enough. I really need to work on my form for this lift before I get hurt. Damn I need a tan too, I'm pale and I'm Mexican! Current work out: 185, 205, 225 3x8. Will do 5x5 when I get up to 245 comfortably. 145 pounds, 5'7".
Don't make all those excuses for yourself, it's not about how you look bruh.! good form and nice lift, thumbs up!
