Gettysburg National Military Park is one of America's most treasured places. The Battle of Gettysburg was one of the fiercest—and most important—of the Civil War. The battle took place in and around the town as well as on the land now protected as a national park, making the entire area a reminder of a time of valor and bloodshed, fear and honor, tragedy and hope for what our nation could become. Unfortunately, this unique and compelling piece of our nation's history is currently threatened by a proposal to build a gambling casino within cannon range of the park.
Gettysburg needs your help! Join us in asking the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board not to gamble with Gettysburg's future.
