  • @scottclements78 Thank YOU, for guiding me and the quick response.! :)

  • @zzzhasan1786 Hi. It turned out I had Plantar Fasciitis, minor Achllies tendonitis but the most severe problem I had was a stress fracture on one of my metatarsal all in my right foot. This was all detected with medical imaging. Initially only PF was suspected. I was off work and wearing a cam-boot for about 8 weeks and it all healed in that time (March-April 2011). Currently I have no issues and it appears to be resolved. I continue to wear Orthotics and quality shoes. Hope that helps.

  • @scottclements78 Can you please share your present status of problem please. Thank you ! :)

  • So far I have done, new supportive shoes, orthotics, taping, stretching, I dont have any weight to lose, and the problem is still present. Seeing a Podiatrist this weekend and hoping I can find some other way to at least reduce the pain. Funny how Id never heard of this condition before I got it.
