The Parlement is a 16th century lute piece, here arranged for guitar. The 6th string uses a dropped D tuning. This is a very good piece for the beginner who is advancing toward intermediate skills. The music is on page 139 of Jeffrey Goodman's "A Beginner's Guide to the Classical Guitar."
