@Skwisgaar4256 if you use GIMP go to color>hue/saturation then you can mess around with the colouring

@BlackDiamond168 You use PMD Editor. It only EDITS CURRENT MODELS!! Doesnt really create them.

what do you do if when you load a model and the eyes are just blank white.
like no color in the middle?
