Without a doubt, women's hockey faces a serious challenge when it comes to achieving parity at the elite levels of the game. But as with all great obstacles to improvement, time and patience are of the essence. IIHF video reporter Paul Romanuk travelled to Sheffield, England last month to visit the Under-18 Women's High Performance Camp to get insight from some of the top leaders in the women's game and shed light on what the future holds for the sport.
