Here are some wedding tips for you.

Check the weather forecast. And have an option of changing the date for the next two days as a clause in your contract with the hotel.

Have plan B for changing settings as a Central Palapa or other covered area without a charge.

Beach breezes can be refreshing, but they can also wreak havoc on the arrangements and other decorations, that is why is better to set flower arrangements 2 hours prior the ceremony , so they can look the best possible.

Keep everything simple and well anchored.

The wind can send a short veil sailing, so consider doing with a longer style.

Wind also affects acoustics. Look for a sound check from the last row to the front.

If you plan to use a public beach in Cancun you dont need any public official permit, no alcohol is permitted due to be public area, but a toast can be staged, with apple cedar same color as champagne.

Beach wedding is a celebration of Personal Style

"Turn dreams into reality, Cancun memories, will inspire future brides, grooms, family members, and friends in planning a unique and magical day."

Wedding tips for destination weddings.

Destination weddings mean that everything is taken care of at. one time.
Usually the wedding planner will handle the flowers, caterer, musicians and reception area. www.cancunmeories.com the wedding photography and video, all with your input of course.

In most cases the wedding planner will take care of the marriage license too and all you have to do is send the necessary documents.

It is important to check the details with the hotel to avoid surprises, like regulations to keep down the music because there a guests at the hotel.

Check with coordinator that you dont want other disturbing events taking place at the site, like a rock convention because you wanted it peacefully, or to have a site construction, or grass and plants being removed.

If you can, make a prior visit and take some photos, of the site and surroundings.

Low tide will leave some plants and other elements by the ceremony area so a crew will have to clean the area 3 hours before the ceremony.

The wedding vows are the most important part of the wedding day. It's when you get a chance to tell all of your friends and family how you feel about your husband-to-be.

More and more couples are choosing to step away from traditional vows and are using their own - but where do you start?!

Wedding vows - To create a wonderful life

I (name) affirm my love to you, (name) as I invite you to share my life. You are the most beautiful, smart, and generous person I have ever known, and I promise always to respect you. With kindness, unselfishness and trust, I will work by your side to create a wonderful life together. I take you (name) to be my lawful wife/husband, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health for as long as we both shall live.

Wedding vows - In joy and sorrow

I, (name), take you, (name), to be my lawfully wedded (husband/wife), my constant friend, my faithful partner and my love from this day forward. In the presence of our family and friends, I offer you my solemn vow to be your faithful partner in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad, and in joy as well as in sorrow. I promise to love you unconditionally, to support you in your goals, to honor and respect you, to laugh with you and cry with you, and to cherish you for as long as we both shall live.

Wedding vows - I dare to dream again

Because of you, I laugh, I smile, I dare to dream again. I look forward with great joy to spending the rest of my life with you, caring for you, nurturing you, being there for you in all life has for us, and I vow to be true and faithful for as long
as we both shall live.
