wow I just learned about this.. &I remember one time I was laying down, I was really tired, & I was listening to music; i was like half asleep, but totally awake, cus i was half dreaming but i knew everything that was happening around me. Then I don't know, my Body started to vibrate, it kinda hurt, &also,I would breathe in and it felt as if I was taking no air in.. So, was all that going through astral projection? that was the first time that happened to me.. it kinda scared me.
