I try to ask John McCain who pays for his health care at his Cleveland Clinic appearance, which is in one of the most rundown areas of Cleveland.

  • I like the irony, check the neighborhood- None of the people attending the event live anywhere near the Clinic.

  • lol @ token black dude

  • You "Somehow" feel better? (But not quite sure how...) Think about this statement.

  • the clinic has a grocery store nearby...and 95% have cars lol you're ignorant.

  • very good reporter. have a bright future and let the force be with you

  • actually, military hospitals sort of suck. hahaha, i'm in the military, and i've seen a few of my sergeants being treated there... not exactly the greatest of care.

  • Great Job, Blogger Interupted. Get your Pearls on! Ha Ha, Get your valet, don't want to park by all those scary poor people! LoL

Seriously, I have always found the contrast between a top-rated hospital, such as the Clev. Clinic ( which, people from all over the world travel to for treatment) and the neighborhood that it is in (one that does not even have a grocery store, and where many of the people do not have cars) so well an illustration of "the Haves and the Have Nots".

  • Just to let you know.

All members of Congress get the option to use the same health care plan as the Military.

That means that all of their health care and drugs are absolutely free, and yes paid for by tax payers.

Not only that, but when they do come into the military hospitals they are treated as VIP's. Their care is valued much higher than that of every day soliders and sailors.

  • "its bedtime for bonzo."
