This is a fix for the "Disc Unplayable" error, where every game you put in says Disc Unplayable. There are 2 magnets (one which I pull off and show you), and sometimes the bottom one comes loose due to bad glue. But this is what you'll probably need to do if that is not the issue.

I opened the 360 *voids your warranty* then after I got it all open, I unscrewed the top of the disc drive. You then need to pry off the glued on cap to take out the magnet. Now just place it on top of the other magnet and start the console. The disc most likely will not spin, so you'll need to "jump start" it to get it to go. It is loud, but it works. No problems yet for me.

  • does this void the warrenty?

    opening the case that is

  • Yes. When you open it up there is a sticker which you have to break, this voids the warranty.
