This is ridiculous! This is definitely not a hip flexor stretch. Must be a personal trainer. Great for the piriformis though.

I actually cannot believe this bullshit- Its too bad that all you need to be certified as a personal trainer is a 25-50 hr course. And whats really sad is that some poor people are PAYING this guy to "train" them. What they most likely paying for is training to create structural imbalances.

What an idiot.
While this is a great stretch for piriformis, hip rotators, and abductors, it is NOT a hip flexor stretch. Hip flexors are located on the anterior (aka - front side) of your hips.

the chap doesnt know the difference between hip flexors and extensors.Thats hardly surprising since a fair amount of so called personal trainers dont know their arse from their elbow.
