I picked up a few of the troopers that now come with "Battle Packs" and inside is a rifle that seems to resemble the "Rail Detonator" from the cards artwork.
Those packs are great as they contain some really handy pistols, blasters, and rifles to replenish the armies.

I just got this guy yesterday,just sitting in a pile of figures and I immediatley picked it up,it's unfortunate he doesn't come with a jetpack or rail detonrator.

Yeah it kinda sux that wasnt included and the photo on the back of the pack has it pictured carrying a huge rifle and he just comes with a tiny blaster

How they messed up on the jetpack, and the "Rail Detonator" is beyond me, a pity you didn't mention these.
Strange how they also got the rifles (Which are all depicted in the card artwork and figure bio) wrong on this as well as the EVO and Stormtrooper Commander. Possibly the three most important new figures!
For me this is almost as bad as the swivel elbows.
