@blogilates Cassey, i really am a fan of your workouts. they are killers but after doing them for awhile your body adjusts and i just feel great and see the toning appearing

omg i think i just died i am so new to pilates but i heard about u on shape.com so i checked u out and damn! i feel so lame cause i can barely do the moves but like they say practice makes perfect

all i have to say is owww and Thank You :)
Loved it but can't do the side lifts on the hips..hurts my hips. Those exercises always have : (

i really love all your videos.Now I'm really proud of my upper body..I owe this to you:) however i refrained from doing any exercise that involve lying on the floor...i Have lower back issue. I wish you could upload standing abs exercise. keep rocking girl...
