Canadian Eddie lays down the law at Gawilla stadium in 2001. One of the first Muay Thai fights I ever saw whilst living and training at Lanna Muay Thai...

This is a small part of my 97 minute DVD that I made in 2005 about living and training Muay Thai at the Lanna Muay Thai boxing camp in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The full length DVD is high quality, over an hour and a half long and covers everything you need to know about living and training at Lanna Muay Thai. To buy the DVD go check out my site: www.muaythailand.com

Thanks :)

  • wow, way to fight a guy like 40lbs lighter

  • I disagree. This fight is definitely one of the more evenly-weighted matches I've seen between Thai and ferrang in Thailand.

  • I'm happy my school is associated with Lanna, Andy Thompson is comming to Ottawa shortly!

  • Hey MK, is your school the one run by Mel? Or is that another one I'm thinking of?

  • man its the first round guy, thats like no respect homes... thats like taking advantage... ptf nice job but still I didn't like it, disrespectful, unless you both came out hard then sure, but like that... lame...

  • Err, that's not me in the video. It's a guy called Eddie. But yeah, I get what you're saying. However, to be fair, the guy let down his guard and Eddie took full advantage. Better to end it there than to take 5 rounds of punishment, me thinks!

  • I've seen farangs fight thais at the same weight all the time (including myself, fighting at 70kg) i don't think it's unfair, but it'd be more of a challenge fighting a fighter at the same weight woudln't you agree?

  • Yes good job, I think Eddie has got a weight and length advantage too wich helped a little bit.

  • its a rare thing to see a farang dominate a thai in plum. good job whoever that is

  • MAN i miss that camp!!!! also theres 2 all girls college school next to a mall, whoever thought of building a mall next to 2 all girls college is a GENIUS!!!!
