These are just some L4D Cheats. To Get this Console you must first set it up by:
1.Get on steam
2.go to my games
3.Right click left 4 dead
4.click properties
5.click advanced settings
6.type in "-console"
7. go ahead and screw around!

there is no advanced settings in properties tab

TO OPEN CONSOLE YOU HAVE TO PRESS THIS BUTTON THAT HAS "~`" IT NEAR THE LEFT TOP THUMBS UP SO PEOPLE CAN SEE!

for everone whos dosent know press ¬ to open console
the ¬ button is to the left of 1 underneath escape and above tab

More precise instructions from PhanracK's video L4D Cheats Tutorial : Spawning Items (Part 1)
"For those who cant get console up:
1)Open steam, right click L4D.
2)Propreties, then open the general tab and click on launch options.
3)Add -console there, thats how you will get it up once when you open the game.
4)Now type in console: bind F3 toggleconsole.
Your console can now be open by pressing F3."
