In 1993, the BBC commissioned a new television show which encouraged children (and adults) of UK towns to create their own artwork and gain free publicity by displaying them on prime-time television.

Unfortunately, the project was ill-fated and was cancelled after just one show. The reasons for axing the innovative programme were cited by the BBC as; "Below-par presenting, an extremely distasteful choice of artwork, questionable language and, worst of all, the subtle depiction of sexual references displayed in the titles behind on-screen presenters".

In 2009, the remaining footage of the illusive episode, that saw the beginning (and end) of Peter Lightrousers' presenting career, was re-discovered...
