Rukus, the hair lipped Staffordshire Bull Terrier's story in pictures. He was born on Superbowl Sunday, 2006 with a pretty severe hair lip. He wasn't getting enough nourishment because of his lip, he couldn't get a good grip on a nipple, but was kept alive with supplemental bottle feedings by 12 year old Lianna, and 14 year old Michael. Rukus was adopted and is now loved by a family on Long Island.
The music is Louie Prima and Keely Smith performing 'The Lip.'
