Jimmy does actually go way beyond his natural range. Maybe not quite so in this particular version, but he does in most every song done by both Bronski, Communards, and solo! Incidentally, he can cover as many octives as Nana Mouskouri who once held the world record at 6 octaves. Mariah Carey I believe surpassed that!

This has got to be my favorite Falsetto voice of any male singer, bar none. I do admit though, I wonder how much soul he pours forth from this vocal arrangement, and how much of it is just for sensual effect?
