Setptember 28, 2011-training went very well today. I warmed up well, and jumped to the working sets: 285 X 3; 290 X 3; 295 X 3; 300 X 4; 310 X 4; 310 X 3. I'm following Prilepin's Table for the elite athlete, and I'm making satisfying progress.
