Now the phone is out of the box and I am going to put in an 8 GB Micro SD card and a battery and turn my new phone on for the first time. This phone can accept a 16 GB card but it's way too much for me and would be a waste of money.

THE PHONE DOES NOT COME WITH A MEMORY CARD! PURCHASE ONE SEPARATELY WHEN BUYING YOUR PHONE.

My old cell is Kyocera X-TC and I need to program my current number into the Touch and create a Virgin account for my hubby and give him Kyocera.

the part about taking the back off is the wrong way to do it.. its actually better to press on the very back width and gently push forward. much easier that way.
