Part 1 of 3. "Once In a Blue Moon" (1991). Grandpa's estranged wife Katjia appears back on scene for the first time since Lily was a child. A truly terrific performance from Howard Morton as Grandpa, and guest star Jo De Winter. A real tear jerker episode that also raises a lot of laughs.

  • 'friday the 13th part VIII: jason takes manhattan' brought me here

  • @EV1DEN5E welcome!

  • can neber re capture the magic of the 70s version this is simply pish

  • @BlytheWorld1972 I'm afraid there was no 70's version of the Munsters, only the original 1964-1965 show, so clearly you talk pish. And they were neber (I assume you mean "never") trying to recapture the old show they were trying to do something new, an they did. The old show had died a death in the horrible 1981 TV movie "Munsters Revenge" with the original cast who I'm sorry to say were past it at that point and didn't even give believable performances of the characters they apparently loved.

  • The thing is, is that what made the Munsters such a nice TV series was the sixties feeling it had, and nothing can ever replace it!

  • Totally ridicolous copy of the original MUNSTERS. No possible comparisson.

  • OMG! I used to love this show. Really brings back old memories :)

  • This show brings back great memories, mainly because it was always on when I'd stay home from school as a kid.

  • what a shit!

  • I liked this, i never saw the old Munsters. This gave me many good laughs however so then the old show must have been a laugh riot if it was that much better than this new version.

  • I will admit to being the only person on the planet who LIKES this abomination-- hey, someone has to.

  • This. Is. So. Retarded....
