As I recall it I made a version for Windows at the same time.

At exhibitions I saw groups of 20 people or so watching one person playing on a big projection in an otherwise dark room... and I tell you, they almost had a heart attack when the twins appeared. They screamed out loud and jumped backwards - it was amazing!

Later on he made the short film version for TV, and it was shown in a number of countries.

    That's about it, I think.

    Best regards Andreas Gaunitz, 9bit.se

The twins would appear at random, but only once in the 50 corners that made up one game. If you shut your eyes at the right corner you would not see the twins, and thus survive BUT you would not know that you had already made it, so you would have to finish anyway and still be as scared.

You could never buy this game, it was to be exhibited in art shows only (Johan is an artist) and it was originally made for MacOS9, later I updated it for MacOSX. -- to be continued --

  • Here's some info for you all:

I was the programmer of the game, I did it collaboration with Johan Thurfjell who is the owner, originator and 3d artist of the game and short film "Do You Have the Shine".

The programming was done in Macromedia (now Adobe) Director, and I was basically playing a pre-rendered 3d movie, made by Johan in 3d StudioMax if I don't misremember. You could go forward, stop, and press a key to shut your eyes when came close to a corner. -- to be continued --

  • unfortunate ;)

  • I Read the Comments and though OMG I'm Not gonna do this, but then I played it.... I WAS RIGHT!

  • I saw it on tv when i was a kid. o_O
