The purpose of this video is to promote enterprise in education through innovative teaching methods. It highlights the benefits gained from designing and delivering educational programmes in an enterprising way. Innovative teaching stimulates young people through creation of inspirational learning environments, enabling them t maximize their potential either in school or college, as well as life generally.

Enterprise in education has four interconnecting strands:
1.Developing enterprising attitudes and skills through learning and teaching
2.Experiencing and developing an understanding of the world of work in all its diversity
3.Participating in enterprising activities
4.Enjoying appropriately focused career education
