Bitch bitch bitch ... no wonder countries go to war. Some of you guys are ready to kill each other for the honor of Rita Moreno or the reputation of Ray Bolger. Rly?
-
Who is this?

Many years ago I was working at a restaurant and Rita came in for Mothers' Day Brunch . The owner and her friend went up to her and asked her to pose for a photo , and she said "No !" . Good for her .

Ray was a different kind of dancer then Fred Astaire or gene Kelly. He was special in his own way and I like him.He isn't the greatest with partners but if she wanted to say that she could've said it nicer.

Rita, you seem self-absorbed to me...

watch him on the judy garland show and then tell me he couldnt dance !

Having just seen "Once in Love With Amy," I can totally see her point. His "dancing" is very loose-jointed, and his soft-shoe is not particularly good. He does all these crazy things - (it's not as well choreographed as his Scarecrow number) - I'm sure it's very similar to what he did on Broadway, but it's easy to see that he would have had a problem partnering with someone or trying to do real choreography.
There are a lot of stories out there of him being difficult. Rita was discreet.
What the hell is with all these stupid, bitchy comments about what she's saying?
If Ezio Pinza grabbed her then he WAS a dirty old man and a lecher. Regardless of what his voice sounded like. And she is completely right to trash him for doing so.
Ray Bolger WAS an "eccentric" dancer. He was NOT a ballroom, partnered dancer. She's not being disrespectful when she says it was too bad he didn't fight to just do what he was good at on this TV show.
Get over your criticisms of her, and shut up.

What a dreadful person, making herself look oh-so-wonderful by talking trash about two greatly talented guys who are dead and unable to respond.
