you know what i think blake just hated the islanders he has 24 goals for this season for the maple leafs he is surely going to get more with out blake toronto would be the wrest team in NHL go blake go

I've always been annoyed at Yashin haters, and now we see how bad the Isles are without him. Contracts aside, the guy made the Islanders better the day he got traded and signed with the team in 2001. I didn't diagree with letting him go, just because the fans hated him so much, but I guess what I am saying is I would have loved for him to continue being on this team, and for the fans to back him up. The guy played great for us and battled through some pretty serious injuries in his stay here.

yes, this year does have a werid feeling, hopefully(whcih we defently will now) make the playoffs. we have a amazing goalie, finally a good goal scorer. so were set afor a good season

leafs are better than iles by like i cant even calculate much percent like goaltending wise offence and defence iles losing blake and not sighning yashin was the stupidest move possible for them all they got now is fucking depietro

Sean Bergenheim will more than make up for what the Isles are losing in Jason Blake. Leafs still blow though lol.
