How to Make a Monotone Normal Chao!

This is the most simplistic way to make this Chao, just breed a Normal Coloured Chao with any Twotone (except White Twotone).
There are probably other methods too, but all would require a Chao who has a Monotone gene, as well as some Normal colour gene (like a common Twotone). Which is preferably bred with a Chao that is predominantly carrying the Normal colour gene (i.e. a default/starter regular coloured Chao).
If you use a Shiny Twotone in place of the Non-Shiny Twotone, you may get a Shiny Monotone Normal.
Getting this Chao may take a few attempts, there's roughly less than 25% chance of getting a Monotone Normal. Other outcomes you can get are Monotone Colour (depending what colour the Twotone is), Twotone Colour (again, depending on which colour Twotone you're using), and a Normal Coloured Chao.

That's a Twotone Blue Chao you see there. To get one, just breed a Monotone Blue Chao (from Black Market) with a Normal Coloured Chao.

I have one of these! Could you please (if you want to) upload a video showing their colours in all their evolved forms (except Hero, obviously)?

... Or do they get another colour besides monotone white when evolving into a Hero Chao (that is not stamina)?

There's no set age for Chao being able to mate, they really only need to be adults (if they stay in the one garden for longer w/o mating, the higher the chances of them being able to breed w/o the help of a heart fruit). For heart fruits, the only time when they don't work is when there's already 8 Chao in the garden. Maybe your gardens are too crowded?
