I got the chance to see STP live in a smaller setting a few years ago and I have to say that was the best money I have ever spent. You find yourself immersed in the music and it's hard to take your eyes off Scott Weiland and his sexy dance moves, no matter what sex you are. Stone Temple Pilots is truly one of those bands that still has "it". The entire band, not just Scott is truly remarkable.

While I think that Matt Sorrum is a great drummer, techniquely, he lacks the soulfulness and fire and drive that Eric Kratz has man! EK, is just on fire behind that kit! Fuck man!

I just saw STP live here in San Diego. THEY ROCKED THE HOUSE!!! They are much better live! They played all their great hits, and many new ones, plus some you don't hear too often. It was amazing...Scott was right on point. I highly recommend going to see them if you get the chance. I won't miss a show here again. People lost their minds dancing and rocking during Sex Type Thing. I will be 50 next year and am so glad to see there are bands that still ROCK!! STP FOREVER!
