This is Day 5 of a daily blog/vlog of a program I put together to lose 15lbs in 3 weeks.

The body burns fat 3 times faster when incorporating strength training into the program. For breakfast on:
Day 5 I had a 2 bowls of Raisin Bran. For lunch I had a yogurt and an orange and for dinner I had Hebrew pigs in a banket
For my two snacks I had a crackers, some nuts, and a protein drink. I usually toggle back and forth between water and gatorade when replenishing the loss electrolytes in the body.

NOTE: It's very important to eat according to your body type and weight, NOT MINE. Calorie intake should be as follows. Multiply your body weight time 10 and that's the amount of calories you should intake to maintain a certain weight. for example if your goal is to be 120lbs you you should only eat 1,200 calories a day. Now this does not factor in the extra calories needed for daily energy exertion. for more on this "google it!"

    what about us kids in school who cant have healthy snacks during the day? and working out is only possible after school? can you help me put together a workout schedule?

    try what they call the empty fridge trick. Just dont have a lot of food in your fridge and plan your food accordingly day to day. Or, because you can end up spending more that way, put the healthy food and food rich in protien on your eye level in the fridge. It sounds stupid but it does make a small difference. Will it solve your problem? no, you have to make sure that your self control is exceptional and you will see results. :)
