Somethin Else' Shrimp Burgers

I saw a recipe on the internet and decided to make it!!!!

Shrimp Burgers And Sauce From Somethin' Else Cafe




Ingredients: 24 oz ground Louisiana shrimp




1 tablespoon multi seasoning

1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons butter

4 brioche buns

4 slices tomato

4 whole lettuce leaves

4 slices pepperjack cheese

8 slices of cooked bacon

secret sauce for spread

(4 servings)




Ingredients for Secret Sauce:

1 cup mayo
½ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard

Definitely going to try this. Don't have any "Slap Ya Mama" seasoning but I do have the "Mexi-Cajun" seasoning you recommended a while back, good stuff.
