  • @GBDazzler I may not necessarily agree with you, but I get your point. Rules have legacy. When too many ppl are generally unhappy with the rules and the international federation isn't bending, they choose a different sport.

  • @TTok33 The ko throw for starters, the fact that when tied you pick a doll out of a box to decide who gives a leg, they just get injured and giving a leg to a world champ is just stupid you start standing and guys are just running into the takedown and getting the pushout, its nonsense its far too easy. They should go extra. There are more I can go on about but I don't want to go on for ages, this is just a bit of the russian dominance over the rules.

  • @GBDazzler I don't understand what exactly is your problem with the current rules. what is that you want to change?

  • @TTok33 I'm not bothered about the judging thats another matter, but the rules need to be fair, as I said there is a point of having rules otherwise have no rules, if no-one cares about them.

  • @GBDazzler well, who said life is fair, bro? :-) judges are humans and obviously they are always being subjective. it's very hard to judge wrestling. don't you agree? especially when the opponents are equal. that's exactly why the rules are changing - to mitigate the subjectiveness factor

  • @TTok33 Then why have rules at all, if thats the mentality the rules are changing to lunacy and changing too often, and at a olympic world class level, to say oh you didn't pin him so you can't complain, is just plain stupid this isn't high school or club wrestling, its pretty damn hard to pin.

  • @GBDazzler yep. that is the rules of the game. as my former coach used to say: you lost if you left decision in the hands of judges
