Clips taken from Christine. There's no sound more beautiful than that of an old car's engine at low speeds (yes, this includes a woman climaxing)

  • ..i have got the movie.. and this was just what i looked for.. have you ever heard a V8 engine sound so gooood.. best ever!

  • Yeah. Carbs weren't as effective as fuel injection, but they were the best sounding engines of all time.

  • lol pull a couple of plug wires off and any v8 will sound just like that

  • I thought the fuel injectors gave engines a different sound when compared to carburetor engines?

  • Come on boys do some research...Savoy/Belvedere/Fury used the same body in 57-58. The names were different trim lines, I suppose with the exception of the Fury which came in 1 color (beige) and had gold trim. They are otherwise the same basic car. The burn car was also NOT a 4 door hardtop. Go back and look at a pic of a 4 door HT and a 2 door HT. The roofline above the rear 1/4's is higher in the 4 dr model. Also, there are no door handles or even the outline of any rear doors in this video...

  • You can't tell the difference between a Belvedere and a Fury even side by side (the Fury was basicially a supped up Belvedere package). I'll give you that, but it's very obvious what a Savoy is when you see one. They look like a Belvedere that needs to lose some weight. They're huskier and not as elegant looking as the Belvedere or Fury.

  • you are right...I remember being in Leeds, UK, a few years back and a gorgeous restored Edsel had taken a wrong turn and was creeping along a pedestrianised street....engine was boobling away at minimum revs...lovely sight.

  • Is that a 1960 Caddie Fleetwood?

  • Actually it was a 350 Golden Commando.

  • My dad's old car used to sound like that.

  • only the optional automatic electronic door locks were push button in 58 other wise if you didnt order that option those push down pull up locks are correct and standard for 58
