I worked there for many years and this was a place of beauty and solitude. The video is beautiful but to see it in person makes it unbelievable.All that is missing in this video is the spectacular view of Lake Champlain and the mountains surrounding the area.

@loki2122 I too grew up in Dannemora and was very aware of the hurch. After my junior year at DHS Iworked the summer with a civilian contgractor putting a new roof on the church. Very interesting

I grew up in Dannemora and this Parish has always been a point of pride for me, It has been the source of peace, finding many who didn't know they were seeking it !

Awesome job Mike. I found this indirectly through the link on Facebook ala Burgaw Chamber whom I have as a friend. Very well put together piece This should have been on TV on say the History Channel.
