After 3 years in development hell, on the cutting room floor, behind the scenes and stuck in limbo on various harddrives, CLARITY, the first dramatic mystery thriller from STRIKE A POSE!!! Films, is finally coming to the internet, and DVD. This trailer presents the first look before the film comes out on Valentine's Day 2010.

CLARITY tells the story of a boy (Damien McCoy) searching for his girlfriend (Whitney Arkin) who has gone missing. In a bizarre twist, no record of her existence can be found, and the Detective (Sam Anderson) he hires is more than skeptical. Is she a figment of the boy's imagination, or is she in the hands of a serial killer (Bob Novich) who possibly shares some strange ties to the detective?

Visit STRIKE A POSE!!! Films.com on February 14th at 7 PM to find out and comment on this event film that's sure to thrill audiences watching from home!

Music provided and used with permission by Damien McCoy, and Brett McCoy of ALHAZRED, so visit http://www.electricminstrel.com/disp.php for more music such as this!

  • I think I met you at Otakon in 2008. >.o

  • @MoofleDeedums I am not sure if I quite remember? What were you dressed up as if anyhting?

  • This looks pretty good, looking forward to it. =)

  • @GunGraveTZA Thanks, lad. Be sure to send it on to whomever you think would find it worth watching! We're all really proud of this one.

  • Just a bit of fair critisism to help it though, a bit more directed towards Drago though I guess. The music is solid, it's just that it doesn't seem mysterious enough for the type of film you guys are trying to make. It becomes A LOT more suitable at about 1:40 as the story is like reaching the climax, but again it should be a bit more scary and tense.

Again though very good trailer, just a small bit of constructive critisism. =)

  • He made the music for his own album, the almighty Alhazred "Death Waits Dreaming", I simply arranged it into my score with his permission.

Trust me, the music in the movie isn't exactly the same, as I'm sure you know trailer's are meant to "pump you up". Also, the first music heard isn't by Drago at all, its by Ghost Lab Media, who also commented on this thread, and beleieve me, in the feature, it works. Thanks!

  • @strikeaposefilm Sorry, I thought I responded to this yesterday. xD; I was a zombie nurse. If I remember correctly we were standing in line to go into that not so great Silent Hill Panel.

  • @GunGraveTZA I was a zombie nurse. :'P We were going into that really bad Silent Hill panel.

  • OH okay, that makes much more sense now. Thanks for clearing that up. =)

  • @idragosani Thanks Brett! You're inspirational music certainly helped to get the job done! Now I just hope others can enjoy it!
