I do favor repealing the fourteenth amendment, but constitutionally, you cannot deport the children of illegal born here, even if you do repeal the fourteenth.
The repeal would only apply to those born in the United States AFTER the fourteenth amendment is repealed.
You can't pass retroactive laws. - Article 1 Section 9 of the Constitution.
An attempt to deport the children of illegals born in the US would die in the Supreme Court.

Why did I watch this? I guess I can laugh now, but it would be bitter.

@drewby7777 you should really be honest with yourself and stop hiding behind the illusion of law and order. Your a bigot, and should change your handle to drewbekkk. I could then respect you as someone with conviction. I've got news for you, NO ONE'S GOING ANYWHERE! You are confused, and sad, kiss your Arian American dream adieu!

The Nazi Party mentality/tactics makes a come-back, just a different era and different scapegoats

Correction; he's a nazi's little bitch.
Any clear thinking person has to admit he's correct. The 14th Amendment has been misused for too long. The founders would not on one hand make the citizenship process slow, meaningful and have significant requirements then in the 14th tell the world come across the river or come in as a tourist, have a baby after one hour's labor and BINGO.
Anchor babies cost America $6B per year and goes against the entire citizenship process. Congressman Hunter is correct and has the nads to say it.
