Tripurari was trying to get voted in as a GBC guru when I met him in San Francisco, he wanted to be one of them and Kirtanananda rightly said, Tripurari is bogus because he wants to be a guru, anyone who wants to be a guru is not a guru. Even Kirtanananda defeated Tripurari. ys pd

I listened to 19:59 of this before it became tiresome.

I'm 30. both of my parents were personally initiated by Srila Prabhupada; my mom in '69 and my dad in '71. Both of them have also chanted their 16 rounds daily since initiation and followed the 4 regulative principles.

Point is, who cares? Do what is right. You are only glorifying these "demons" by wasting 20 minutes of my life. I saw Jayapataka and others in Mayapur in '91. It was unbelievable but reality. Who cares? utilize BG. 4.11 jeez

@SuperBhagavadGita I never said gurus are mad, the ISKCON GBC wrote a paper saying "gurus go mad after money, women and followers." In 1988 Gaura Govinda wrote the GBC paper - ISKCON gurus are sometimes demons. Sorry the story of all these mad gurus has been in all the world news medias and perhaps the Russians simply read about it and decided they did not want a pedophile acharya cult in their back yard. ISKCON just buried a pedophile in Vrndavana, they worship pedophiles as messiahs.
