I had a customer in drive thru one day and she wouldn't move until her rx was ready . She was rude. I found out that she was the pharmacy supervisor's wife and she knew better than to wait in our drive-thru because that's our policy. I was so mad that the staff pharmacists hurried to get her rx out fast like she was special, she was a customer like everyone else. I don't think she should've gotten special treatment.

Love the way the pharmacy employee looks @ the camera after the customer asks, "Do I look stupid?" Too funny.
