when u said it drys really quick only if u have speed dry and 60 seconds and nail polishes like dat

You need a base color, that's always something you put on you nail first. This way the colors will show up better. And the people that tell you tape is something you HAVE to put around your finger, that's not true. You can simply take of the excess nail polish with nail polish remover, or let it dry completely and peel it off your fingers later on. :)
