Actually, the gas truck execution method was first developed and used by a Jewish NKVD butcher named Berg to kill his victims on the way to the death pits. He developed this method because his NKVD comrades were overworked shooting people at the burial pits. Check it out on Wikipedia!

And before you retort further; 1) It's "Robin", not "the black lady" (& if you knew anything about the show OR comedy itself you'd know there's at least a half-dozen other better reasons you could be hating her right now), and 2) Yes, there are also gay or black or handicapped or just generally hideously-ugly cast, crew AND guests, & they ALL make fun of themselves and their worlds. It's called "lighten-up" and it's not a new idea.
