The Next Great Kosher Chef, part 2

Three aspiring chefs battle it out in an intense, all-day cooking competition for the title of The Next Great Kosher Chef and a full scholarship to The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts.

The competition consisted of three parts: a written exam designed to test the contestants' general culinary knowledge, math skills, and writing abilities; a series of surprise culinary challenges that tested the contestants' physical endurance, speed, ability and to multi-task; and a "market basket" challenge in which contestants were given an identical basket of ingredients and given a limited time to create a unique, delicious, and attractively presented meal.
