The federal government is meant to deal with all of our foreign policy...so it's natural that a lot of their activity has to do with things like that. And in what way do they "hate" Americans?

This woman is as ignorant as it gets there is no such thing as anchor baby, a child can only adjust the parents immigration status until age 21. illegals get no federal aid at all, there is no welfare for illegals, and they give more, than they actually take, please people do some research and then open your mouth.
