I am in biarritz now for surfing and for those who said that this is in teahupoo they got no clue about what they are talking about. The biggest waves in Europe is the place were this movie was taking place. It´s like 2 km out from the beach and under the ocean theres are a big "mountain". So therefor It´s gotta be a big storm out in the Atlantic for this to happen which don´t happen often. :)

this is a beautiful wave and I bet at different tide it would stand up a bit more but those faces look at least 60 ft to me. it is funny tho after it peaks up it goes mushy pretty quick. it is just perfect for tow in I think. and I am sure if it broke on your head it would more or less kill you.
